* Control Board repair takes 2-3 weeks. * The cost of the repair includes all shipping charges. Once we receive the order, we will email or fax a prepaid label, and a return and repair form the customer - you will need to fill this form out completely and mail the part back to us. * If the control board is not repairable there will be a 30 dollar diagnostic fee for looking at the control board

When sending in Control Board for repair please only send us the control board! No molding, covers, knobs, touch panels, plastic attachments. You must unscrew the control panel from these attachments. We cannot and will not be held responsible if anything is damaged in transit other then the board itself... No Exceptions! If you have any questions feel free to call us at 773-278-1300. If you do not follow these instructions you will be assessed a 20 dollar control panel removal fee and we will not be responsible for any damage.

** There are absolutely no refunds given on Repair and Returns. Since our service center is repairing your control board, and we are only providing labor and parts to repair that board, we will not issue any refunds for any reason. If your control board is not repairable you will be assessed a diagnostics fee. All repairs come with a 6 month warranty and we will rebuild it again at our discretion (Customer pays for all shipping on Warranty). All customers must have a certified technician look at their machine and diagnose the problem prior to contacting us, if the problem is the control board, we will be more than happy to look at it. If you choose not to bring a technician out to look at the appliance then we can not be held responsible if the repair does not fix your problem.
